The Smallcakes Back to School Cupcake Pass locks in 3 visits between August and December. Each visit includes 4 regular cupcakes of your choice.

What you get:

• 3 separate visits
• 4 regular size cupcakes per visit (you pick flavors in store)
• Valid from August 1 through December 31, 2026
• Redeemable at both Smallcakes West Cobb and Smallcakes Smyrna

How it works:

1. Purchase your Back to School Cupcake Pass online.
2. We create a physical punch card with your name and have it waiting at your home store.
3. On your next visit, just give your name or show your order email and we will hand you your card.
4. Bring your card each time you visit. We punch one visit and send you home with 4 cupcakes.

Friendly fine print:

• One punch equals one visit of 4 regular size cupcakes.
• One punch per day.
• Valid on in store cupcake pickups only, not custom cakes.
• Expires December 31, 2026.
• Your card is like cash. Please keep it safe. If you lose it, contact us and we will do our best to look you up.
• Unused visits have no cash value and there are no refunds or cash back for unused punches after the expiration date.
• We are only selling Back to School Cupcake Passes until 8/2/26. After that, no new passes will be issued for this fall.

FAQ section

Q: How do I get my physical punch card if I buy online?
A: When you purchase the pass online, you choose your home store. We create a punch card with your name and phone number and file it at that store within 24 hours. On your next visit, just tell us your name or show your order email and we will hand you your card. If you are picking up cupcakes in the same online order, we will put the card in your bag.

Q: Can my family share one pass?
A: Yes. Anyone in your household can use the card as long as they bring it in. One punch per day.

Q: Can I use more than one visit on the same day?
A: The pass is designed for 3 separate treat days, so it is one punch per calendar day.

Q: Can I use the pass on custom cakes or special orders?
A: The pass is for in store cupcake pickups only and does not apply to custom cakes or large special orders.

Q: Does this pass include gluten free cupcakes?
A: This pass is for our regular cupcakes only. If you need gluten free treats, just let us know when you come in and we’ll be happy to help you with those separately.

Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: Reach out to the store. We will look you up in our pass list. If we can confirm your remaining visits, we will reissue a card with the remaining punches.

Q: How long can I buy the pass?
A: We are only selling Back to School Cupcake Passes through 8/2/26 so we can plan baking and staffing. After that, we will not be adding any new passes for this season.
